Clear expectations from day one.

A content piece is one core creative and caption. Adapting it for the included platforms does not increase the monthly count. We agree on the format mix, revision boundaries, approval deadlines, and start date before work begins.

Activation covers initial setup and strategy. Paid advertising spend, on-site photography or video, and additional projects are separately quoted. Campaigns use the included content allowance. Community support, where included, is scoped in your agreement and does not mean 24/7 monitoring or unlimited customer service.
