New England Creatives collects the information you submit through our inquiry form: business and contact details, package interest, your message, and the time of submission. We use it to respond, assess fit, prepare a proposal, and maintain business records. We may also receive basic technical logs needed to operate and protect the website.

Sharing and storage

We use hosting and business service providers to operate the site and handle records. We do not sell inquiry information. We may disclose information when required by law or with your direction. Authorized NEC personnel access private business records. Do not submit account passwords, customer lists, or sensitive personal information in public forms.

Retention and choices

We retain inquiries while reasonably needed for follow-up, business records, and legal obligations, then delete or de-identify them. Email zac@newenglandcreatives.com to ask about your information or request correction or deletion, subject to applicable record-keeping needs.

Clients and platform access

Client onboarding and social platform access are handled separately after an agreement. We use platform-native roles or permissions when available. Third-party platforms have their own policies.
